Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times
Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia, express and international shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

International Orders
For international orders (e.g. NZ/US), delivery times and costs vary by destination. Duties, taxes and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
