If within 30 days of receiving your order the product isn’t what you expected, you can return it for a full refund of the product purchase price.

No awkward questions. No hard feelings.

If it doesn’t earn its spot in your setup, it shouldn’t stay there.

How It Works

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned to us before a refund is processed.
• Refund applies to the product purchase price only (original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law).
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.
